We’re Sorry

To our family, friends and fans,

We honestly feel terribly about all the mishaps with our drum kits that have happened over the last year or so. We appreciate you all sticking by us, despite all the long-form improv we’ve had to do. We know that many of you would have all the reason in the world to stop coming to our shows, or stop expecting our drums to show up at all, but it is your continued belief that our bad luck will run out, and the drums will be at our next show, that keeps us going.

We have noticed that some of you have started acting like we are delusional, acting as if we are just a long-form improv team who is joking about drums being missing. To those of you who have felt this way, we wish to say this: Why would anyone do that? What would that accomplish? Would that be funny if you told someone about it? “Ohh there is this indie improv team that is pretending to be drummers and then their drums don’t show up so then they have to do long for improv. And they’ve been acting like their drums are going to come to their next show for over a year.” Who would think of something like that? Why not just do improv if you want to do improv? Anyway, that’s not us, we want to play our music, and we appreciate your patience while we work through this little slump.

We can’t wait for us all to be together someday soon with three drum kits on stage, where they are supposed to be, so that we can permanently alter your consciousness through rhythm.

We are so sorry for any pains-in-the-butts we have caused, and for all the disappointment.
